What WBFAA Can Verify
- Apprentice enrollment and active status
- Program completion and graduation dates
- Training hours completed through WBFAA
- CEH certificates issued through WBFAA courses
Important Note
WBFAA is approved by the Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA). WBFAA does not issue state electrician certifications. For official California certification status, contact the Electrician Certification Unit directly.


What WBFAA Cannot Verify
- State certification records
- Current employment status
- Background or drug screening information
How Verification Works
- Submit a verification request with the individual’s name and company
- WBFAA confirms authorization, if required
- Verification is delivered by email or letter
